OptiCorr is for measuring and correcting the following optical errors existing in digital photographic images:

Image Distortion (Barrel or Pincushion distortion, depending on the lens and focal length) |

Chromatic Aberration (the part of chromatic aberration where different color planes have different magnification) |
The above errors cause digital camera images to look slightly bended (straight lines are not straight in the image), and the purple-green fringes in the corners of the image.
